The publication includes papers about the discussions on the future of EU enlargement in Latvia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Macedonia and Turkey. It is a result of an international project where in conferences in Warsaw, Prague and Riga experts discussed the necessity of further EU enlargement, EU’s borders and values, as well as the readiness of candidates to join the EU.
